Question 1

Will callers know it's AI?

Accepted Answer

Most callers can't tell. Lily sounds natural and conversational — she uses empathy, remembers context, and responds like a real person would.

Question 2

What if Lily can't answer a question?

Accepted Answer

Lily is trained on your specific business — your services, pricing, service area, and common questions. If she encounters something unexpected, she gracefully takes a message and notifies you immediately via SMS.

Question 3

Do I have to forward all my calls?

Accepted Answer

No. Most businesses start with backup coverage for missed calls, after-hours, or overflow. You choose which calls reach Lily and can expand coverage when you are ready.

Question 4

Can Lily book appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lily connects to your calendar and books appointments directly during the call, qualifying leads and filling your schedule while you work.
